Provider Use
Mental Connection is a collaborative initiative between local community partners, dedicated to improving access to mental health services in our community. Our community refers to the Tri County heath district, namely the geographic location containing Daggett, Duchesne, and Uintah counties.
Our goal is to provide a single, easy-to-use platform where individuals can find the support they need for guided treatment.
Providers eligible for a listing on Mental Connection must physically practice in the Tri County area, be licensed mental health providers, and offer dedicated mental health therapy treatment.
